Return and Exchange Policy

If you change your mind about a product, we offer a simple and convenient process for returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Products must be in good condition, unopened, and in their original packaging.
The original purchase receipt must be attached.
Products that are defective, damaged, or do not meet standard specifications can be returned or exchanged.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Certain products, such as vitamins or supplements, cannot be returned, in accordance with local regulations.
Return Process
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products for reasons other than defects.
Only the following shipping companies are accepted for returns: DHL, Aramex.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging, with the purchase receipt attached.

Refund Duration
Credit Cards: 7–14 working days after receipt and inspection of returned products.
Bank Transfer (Oman): 3–5 business days.
Bank Transfer (GCC Countries): 7–10 working days.
Cash on Delivery / Payment on Receipt: 3 business days.
